The Christmas gifts started rolling in early this year. Kershaw Knives’ Ken Onion designed Black Chive model won American-made Knife of the Year in 2001. It has a Tungsten coated blade with a patented opening mechanism and looks beautiful. I now find myself using it for completely unnecessary tasks, like cutting tags off of new clothes and slicing paper to wrap gifts. Thanks Kiya.
